About the Role
We are seeking an exceptionally friendly, organized, and professional Office Administrator to join our team. As our first point of contact, you will play a critical role in setting a warm, welcoming tone for clients and visitors.
This role is ideal for a proactive professional who takes pride in creating great client experiences while keeping day-to-day office operations running smoothly, efficiently, and on track.
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Experience: Greet visitors warmly and manage phone and email inquiries with a professional, positive attitude.
- Workflow Coordination: Keep core office processes, digital records, and client files organized and strictly up to date.
- Task Prioritization: Balance daily administrative duties with urgent requests smoothly in a fast-paced environment.
- Team & Accounting Support: Proactively assist accounting staff with document preparation, mailing, and general office needs.
